Lamb Rack, Succulent NZ lamb, served on kumara and thyme rosti with a minted demi glaze

You might like to offer your guests a selection of Fine New Zealand hard and soft cheese. We present this at the coffee and tea station on a wine barrel top cheese board, laidened with fresh grapes, Puhoi and Kapiti fine cheeses, a selection of hand crafted chutneys and mixed crackers
